Free Delivery and Setup – We offer free delivery and setup into the room of your choice as long as it is reasonably possible. We are not responsible for items that cannot fit into the desired room. The free delivery and setup area is from Marco Island, FL to Cape Coral, FL along the west coast.
Removal – We offer free removal of a piece for a piece of bedding. Example : If you buy a twin set, we will take a twin set. If you have more pieces for removal than are being delivered, it is entirely up to management whether or not we will remove the additional pieces without charge. Furniture is normally not removed for free and the typical charge to remove furniture is $25 per piece. This can vary with the size and or difficulty of the removal.
Comfort Exchange Policy – We want everyone to be happy with their purchase. For the first 6 months after delivery, if you are not comfortable on your new mattress we offer unlimited comfort exchanges until you are. How this works is simple. First, we ask that you try your new mattress for at least 2 weeks as it is quite possible that if your old mattress was not supporting you properly you will need to adjust to one that is supportive. If you are still uncomfortable on your new mattress, please come in and re-select another that is shown in store and is equal price or greater. We will give you 100% credit on your current mattress and put that towards the next. There is a $100 pickup and re-delivery fee assessed per set exchanged. The comfort exchange policy only applies to sales made in store. It is the sole right of management to approve or deny a comfort exchange. Management has the right to modify the comfort exchange policy on a case by case basis. We want everyone to be happy but also need to protect our business against malicious intent.
